Prepare seus dedos, pois a terceira versão da série Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes chega ao PSP, carregada com um arsenal de ataques, cenários, missões e elenco de dar inveja em muitos outros jogos do gênero: são mais de cinquenta personagens ao todo, controláveis pelo modo de duelo livre.

Contido nessa versão está um modo de história diferenciado, intitulado “Master Road”, que leva os jogadores pela história do animê até o encontro fatídico com Kakuzu e Hidan. É por esse modo que os jogadores obtêm pontos de Ninja (Ninja Points), utilizados para a compra de novas habilidades, estratégias e itens colecionáveis — como músicas, arte conceitual e muito mais.

As missões se ramificam em diversos caminhos, eliminando a obrigação de que os jogadores passem por todas as fases. E no que diz respeito à jogabilidade, algumas delas são como side-scrollers (com movimentação e visão lateral pelo cenário), enquanto as demais mantêm o combate direto em três dimensões.

Por fim, aqueles que se aventurarem com o game serão recompensados com possibilidade de partidas cooperativas ou com confrontos diretos entre amigos, graças à conexão Wi-Fi Ad-hoc permitida pelo PSP.
